EU Customer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@tonis-jewelry.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (30 days for non-EU customers)
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective

Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items showing signs of wear or damage

Return Process
1. Contact us at info@tonis-jewelry.com within the return period
2. We will provide you with return instructions and address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
